yg9 Account Security with SSL Protection

yg9 puts account security first

yg9 uses advanced SSL encryption to protect every player's personal data and funds. Every time you log in, your connection is encrypted so no third party can intercept it.

It is important to enter the correct phone number linked to your account so that you can receive an instant alert if there are any unexpected login attempts. Your session will expire automatically after a set period of inactivity, requiring you to log in again. This is a security setting designed to protect your account.

yg9's security team monitors around the clock 24 hours a day, so players can play with peace of mind.

Actions to keep your yg9 account safe

Follow these steps and no one will be able to break into your account

01

Set a strong password

Use a password of 8 or more characters combining letters, numbers and symbols. Do not use the same password as any of your social media accounts. Avoid using your birthday or phone number as a password — use a random combination instead.

02

Be careful on public networks

If you are logging in over Wi-Fi at a coffee shop or internet café, it is recommended to use a VPN. After you finish playing, always click "Logout" — do not leave your account logged in.

03

Never share your details with anyone

Real yg9 staff will never ask for your account security code or OTP via Telegram, Messenger or phone. Anyone who asks for these is a scammer. Always contact yg9 only through the official Live Chat.

04

Keep your linked phone number up to date

Make sure the phone number linked to your yg9 account is correct. If your phone number changes, notify the yg9 support team in advance via Live Chat — that is the only way to protect access to your account.

05

Take personal responsibility

Only players aged 21+ are allowed to play on yg9. Do not let other people use your account. When you own a service that involves financial risk, you must manage it yourself.

Common login issues

If you run into any of these issues, check the solutions below

Incorrect password

Check whether Caps Lock is on. Check whether you accidentally typed in Burmese. If it still fails after 3 attempts, click "Forgot your password?" to reset it.

Cannot remember phone number

Check which phone number you used when creating your account. If you are not sure, contact yg9 Live Chat and the team can help verify your account.

Cannot access the site

Check your internet connection. Clear your browser cache or try opening the site in private/incognito mode. Your ISP may be blocking the site, so try a VPN or ask via Live Chat.

Account temporarily locked

Your account may be temporarily locked after too many failed login attempts. Contact yg9 Live Chat and the team will unlock it for you.

Session expired

If you are suddenly logged out while playing, your session may have expired — this is normal and is done for security. Simply log back in and continue playing.

If the issue is not resolved

If none of the above steps work, use yg9's 24/7 Live Chat service. Knowledgeable staff are available in Burmese and can help you right away.
